During the start of the Covid pandemic, Marc Wouters Studios prepared preliminary drawings for NYC's outdoor dining program. The Drawings were submitted to multiple NYC agencies in April 2021 prior to the public launch of the program by NYC government in June. The plan was designed to create jobs and revive street life. This Film shows the results of the initiative.
